For his readiness within the territorial area of Mediterranean influence is considered appropriate to initiate a project under the MED program to solve problems existing in the deltas.
The overall objective of this program is to provide a space MED eligible to qualify for European funding as part of their programs, all with the aim of ensuring the growth of employment for future generations and promote territorial cohesion, taking part in projects environmental protection in a context of sustainable development.
