On the 4th of October it was a roundtable with the rectors of the Universities of Venice, Padova, Ferrara, Rovigo, Buenos Aires, Barcelona and Zaragoza in the foundation C’a Vendramin laboratory work and Deltamed headquarters in Italy. That meeting took place to get a collaboration of the Universities.

Discussed issues related to ensuring the most appropriate formulas for survival in the estuaries and lagoons of the Mediterranean area. The results obtained in this panel are used to prepare a draft study assisted by universities, community and regional organizations to safeguard and development of deltas, especially which are fragile like as the deltas of the Mediterranean area and the Venice Lagoon.
